Beckman Foundation Announces Availability of Online Lesson Plans for College Science Students and Teachers | New



IRVINE, Calif., September 16, 2021 / PRNewswire-PRWeb / – The Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation today announced the availability of online lesson plans developed with science students in mind at the college. The new resources bring physical objects from the Foundation’s Revolutionary Tools museum exhibit into a digital space where they will be accessible to a wider audience during covid-19 and beyond. The aim is to spark the interest of young students who may be curious about science, instrumentation and / or scientific careers with audio and visual material inspired by the contributions of Dr. Arnold O. Beckman.

Resources for students and teachers include “Listen and Learn” audio tours, a “Let’s Learn Science” pH meter, an oxygen analyzer and spectrophotometer lesson plans for grades 6-8. year, printable activity sheets, answers for teachers and translations into Spanish.
