FRANKENLUST TWP, MI — In response to growing interest and the growing need for flexibility and convenience in online courses, Delta College is working to expand its online degree and certificate programs.

Eduardo Suniga, dean of Career Education and Learning Partnerships for Delta, said some students prefer online learning for a variety of reasons, including affordability and accessibility.

Delta will offer 17 fully online degree and certificate programs in fall 2022 and hundreds more courses online, so students can learn when and where they want. These online options are designed to be easily accessible and suitable for the busy schedules of full-time and part-time students.

Online learning is essential to education today,” Suniga said.

“It has increased dramatically over the past decade, and since the pandemic it has increased exponentially. Our online programs are designed for people who are motivated, self-disciplined and committed to learning, and we ensure that students receive the same personal attention and quality education that Delta is known to provide.

The associate degrees the college will offer online this fall include:

  • Business Information Technology
  • Criminal Justice Corrections
  • cyber security
  • Digital forensics
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Executive management
